I'm looking for a two bedroom apartment, or one bedroom with den, under $1,350/mo (or $1,450 with utilities included) that will welcome a up to two (yet to be adopted) cats. The unit should have a decent size kitchen with gas or induction range, laundry in the unit, and also be convenient to Penn Station (within six blocks) and everyday essentials (less than 10 minutes by foot to groceries, less than five minutes to bus). Pretty much everything else is flexible. Preferred move-in: July 15-31, 2020.
